Some time ago I contacted Logan to ask if he would visit my sisters house in Dunstable to fix her TV. She had special needs and her TV meant a lot to her. Logan was able to get some channels working. He did not want to take any payment he said helping my Sister was enough payment. Top man in my book, he cares more about doing the right thing for people rather that how much he can get out of it. Highly recommend him.

Our new built home in Hitchin desperately needed wifi installing. Due to the construction method and the foil insulation used, coverage was sporadic at best. A call to Logan Newman at Advantage had everything sorted. His pre-appointment communication was excellent and his level of knowledge and information provided on the day was enlightening. I would not hesitate in recommending Advantage Aerials & Alarms, a trustworthy and highly professional service. Thanks Logan.

Had a great experience after contacting Logan at Advantage Aerials to re establish our Freesat reception. He reacted very promptly and the next day phoned prior to calling to confirm his arrival time. He tested the main potential problem areas and identified the LNB was faulty after 20 years usage. Having changed the LNB full Freesat reception was restored.
Very professional and courteous throughout. I thoroughly recommend Logan/Advantage without hesitation.

My Dad suffers with dementia and had put his television in a very odd mode. Also he had disconnected the aerial cables. Logan popped round, very quickly, and solved the problems within a few minutes. Very reasonable charge as well.
